We are pleased to announce that R. A. Misener Telecom Corporation (known as RAMTelecom) has been acquired by OmniGlobe Networks. See press release for details. It's very much business as usual...only better. Effective June 4 2009, RAMTelecom will be fully integrated into OmniGlobe. Our satellite activities will be combined with OmniGlobe's satellite-WiMAX and broadband business to become the new broadband communications division. This division will be based in, and operated out of, Ottawa, with teleport facilities in Ottawa, Montreal and a future site in Western Canada. The mobile satellite phone activities will be combined with OmniGlobe's satellite-cellular activities to become the new cellular communications division based in, and operated out of, Montreal, with teleport, CDMA and inter-carrier facilities in Montreal, with again a future site in Western Canada. We will continue, as we have for the past 10 years, to offer a high quality product to our clients and provide a vital satellite service into the underserved markets around the world. We will build on our operation in the East and the West coasts, extending it to the oil & gas, mining and forestry markets internationally. What is new is that we will be adding resources and solutions to our existing product portfolio.
